We specialize in hosting weddings, but we can accommodate a variety of events such as birthday parties, engagement parties and other events. For example on a weekend rental you can have your rehearsal dinner on Friday, wedding on Saturday and time to clean up on Sunday before 11:00 am checkout
The ideal size is about 100 guests. The property can handle larger groups but parking becomes an issue.
The complete venue rental includes 2 nights at both houses, 8 round tables, 2 rectangle tables, 100 chairs, use of the gazebo and tent, picnic tables, sound system, electrical and water hookups for 2 food trucks and lighting.
Typically groups utilize the Farmhouse for the bridal party to get ready and Elizabeth’s cottage for the groom and groomsmen to prepare.
You can provide alcohol for your guests. We would encourage you to hire an OLCC server and can provide you with a list if needed.
Music should not begin earlier than 10:00 am and end by 9:00 pm.
